DVR Drinking water while driving, illegal ?

I had a safety meeting with my DM a few months ago. When she was talking about the drive cams, she said nobody cares if you're eating a bag of chips while driving. I call BS. Sounds like an overzealous DM or FM.

 

But.... but.... but.... DriveCam only records when you have an event! All the supporters tell you this! They can't just watch you when they want! Too much bandwidth!

Obama is a Democrat; he's been in charge for the last 8 years.I know 2 people making $50K on H1-B visa's during his watch. There's 10's of thousands more also. Political party affiliation has nothing to do with those visas.
