Why so slow

Pallet breakdown, piece count, 2 layer off top , shrink wrap, straight pulling off, Lumper Service .

 

tourist season is slow in Florida this year. Obamacare laws are hitting the pockets hard. So tourists or snowbirds don't have money to travel south for the winter. Pretty much it's leave Florida businesses broke.

 

Florida its own hell. Its Feb atm, middle of the 1st quarter so it is slow. It will pick up around March and the last 2 weeks of March will be March Madness .

Idk about you but whats up with that I95 NB weigh station by Miami. Straight truck drivers are getting pulled over and handcuffed. Idk whats going on over there, weight issue? Or drugs.

I don't know where the heck you are, but down here in Naples Florida there is not room for one more car on any road or interstate.
It is Insane.

 

North carolina and surrounding areas have become really bad!

 

We don't run to Florida any part of the year because getting a backhaul worth a darn is next to impossible. Drivers take loads to Florida and might as well visit Disney since they are going to be sitting for days and days...unless you want to deadhead to Atlanta or NC...
