Anyone know anything about the new contract saying that if Mercer is unable to collect their $ on a load they can collect it back from us? I could see that if we where going outside the Mercer board but..... Or is the guy posting that just a little mistaken?

I was leased to Admiral Merchants for 2 years and I've been with Mercer for 3 years. They are both good companies and I was only pointing out one difference between the two. I really don't understand why you guys get so defensive. Mercer is one of many good companies I've been leased to over the past 35 years.
