Most likely he never saw it coming before he was hit by the pukes, probably going 90 mph

This is what everyone was talking about in the break room the other day because we know it could have been anyone of us. We all travel up and down this freeway all the time hauling 8600 gallons of gasoline, stuff like this makes me hug my little girl and fiancee a little tighter. Rest In Peace Driver.

The sad part is that this f****** idiot was cited previously for speeding in California and Utah and yet the DMV didn't think to suspend or revoke his license beforehand. Now 3 people have lost their lives needlessly not only because of some punk's bad driving but also because the state didn't sanction his license in the first place. I'm surprised he hasn't been charged with California's "murder under special circumstances"law.

a lack of license wouldn't have kept him off the road
like previous fines didn't deter him
charges can be added as investigation continues
