    I know this isn't an ideal situation for someone with 10+ years of experience. But I've been driving for under a year and I'm working my way up. With this program I have the opportunity to break into the owner op game with limited risk. It's walk away, and I can do alright if I bust my ###. I'm just inching up the ladder like you gentlemen have already done. Eventually the goal is a bank financed truck working for a company with high paying freight. We will get to see the bottom line once I post my statements.

    I've only been driving just over 2 years, but for the last year I've been leasing from Schneider finance and running for Schneider.

    I've heard good things about Schneider. I like that you get to pick your own loads. How much experience do they require to lease to you?

    Unless its changed its 1 year otr and thats why i came here was because of the load board. How come you didn't lease one of those w-900? Ive seen a few that celadon has and there nice!

    He's doing it right. Diving in and working hard. Greener pastures lie ahead as some of the older drivers will steer you in the right direction. Hang in there and you'll double and triple your pay soon. ;)
