Does anyone have an opinion about Blair logistics or know of good fb o-op company that has decent freight that doesn't rely on internet so much to move trucks.Tired of being pencil whipped and sitting all the time.5 years experience, clean record and live in sw arkansas. Thanks for any input from o-ops who can give their insight.

Literally all The flatbed companies feed off each other by brokering their own loads......'re brokering (and 're 're 're brokering) loads until the rates are horrible.
Mercer, Sammons.....etc etc. They all do it. Every broker gets their piece of the pie for just sitting at a phone all day.....you get stuck with table scraps.
Only option is to get your own authority to see more freight and get your own customers and seek out those good loads that won't get the rates watered down.Ok big boy Thanks this. -
Don't do it. Many states are after them for thier screwed up business practices and ripping people off.Recently LM got ran out of Iowa.
-
Lone Mountain still has inventory for sale in Iowa on their website.
-
The trucks are brought in from other states.
Do some research on LM before you do something you will regret.Airborne Thanks this. -
You may want to look at Long Haul out of Albertville, MN. They are O/O for the most part. Somewhat of a small company 300+ trucks, but out of that only about 100 are company.
-
The place they had south of Council Bluffs is no longer there, STS has it now.Allan M Thanks this.

Take it from experience......You never want to lease to a company that also has company trucks! In times of slow freight they keep their company trucks working and let the owner operator sit.Airborne Thanks this.
