COTC they put a bow on this turd

I see these guys in my neck of the woods quite a bit. Look like nice clean trucks, but I've never talked to any of their drivers.

 

I assume you have facts to back up that statement or are you relying solely on your clairvoyant abilities?

 

Do some searching on this company. This is the first really negative post I've seen. Everyone has said that if you can do the driving then you can make really good money and most bonuses are acheiveable. That's why I think this is a lazy driver or disgruntled employee.

Not everyone who is unhappy with a company is on this site. This is one internet forum on the whole world wide web. The world doesn't revolve around TTR.

Have not pulled flats in a many years but that pay is horrible.Seems like it to me anyways.As far as COTC have no idea about them nice looking equipment all I can say.

 

I've talked to several of their drivers and, for the most part, they're happy with what they're doing.
One of our drivers worked for them for about two years and the only reason he left was because with us he could get home every day. He said the money wasn't the greatest but COTL did everything they could to keep him rolling. He said that if a guy ran steady and managed his time efficiently he could make a decent living.
If you're hauling lumber there's almost always going to be some waiting time at the mills. It's a PITA but it isn't uncommon.

 

They are among the companies that spam the craigslist and job source here daily in the NW. That usually says something about the company.
