I get what you are saying and i agree. But not everyone has the common sense or motivation to do so. I certainly don't want to lose access to some good loads cause a few heels were to lay to research on their own. And that's why we have the company wide policy of calling before leaving the shipper, so the idiots don't screw the rest of us.
