Wow I just seen this and it's way messed up. Then I read the comments in the other link to an old thread and wow some of those guys have a serious messed up way of looking at this. Blaming the red truck.

 

It looks to me like the guy driving the Red Truck might have cut the White Truck off when he changed lanes to avoid passing close to that truck that was parked on the shoulder. I have trucks do it to me all the time. So the guy in the White truck decided to pay him back by cutting him off with a break check when he caught up with him. Just another Truck driver with a mental age of a 12 year old kid. Unfortunately for him he cut it to close and got rear ended. Lucky the other Truck had a dash camera.

 

Guy who brake checked must've been pretty mad to do such a stupid act .. The truck with a dash cam sure looks like a cascadia to me and if it is from southern Alberta many of the drivers in that company floor it every time you try to pass them even though they are governed at 65 either way guy deserves to lose cdl for life for such a dangerous act

 

I'm guessing the Red Truck was a CR ENGLAND. A slow Red Truck with a Trainer, a Trainee, and a dash camera running out west in New Mexico. A lot of drivers have no respect for CR ENGLAND or its drivers.

 

Meh, another well written article from the web. Doesn't tell us what DPS reaction was to the video. What dude was charged with, or if he was arrested.
The driver that caused the accident could be medically disqualified if you ask me, he obviously has some psychiatric issue. Although he will just go to a different doctor, not disclose his condition and get a new card, unless there is a way DOT flag people that get disqualified.

If this happened to you, and you see the guy returning to the scene, backing toward you.
Let's say DPS is not there yet.
How do you not confront this dude with thumper in hand?

 

Unless he changed his avatar, it looks like it could be. However, the "he" I thought you were talking about was the driver in the video, not "Scuba Steve".

 

Yea according to the drivers letter to cnn the 4 wheeler that was behind him chased the truck down and he backed back to the scene.
