Who's wrong?? Making a right turn

If you are in the inside lane you must watch the inside and outside. If you are in the outside you only need to worry about the inside.

Trucks should always be in the outside lane.

Truck is in the wrong.

 

That's a sloppy turn by the truck. See it all the time.

 

Actually, you need to stay in your own lane at all times - not just finish in that lane.

And a knuckle sandwich by a driver that should have known better?
Why? To prove he is the 'better man' by the use of force?
Or should the offended driver just back down because the truck is bigger, or the truck driver meaner or stupider?

Maybe I am a pus...something. But if I choose the wrong lane in that same situation I will stop while traffic goes around me, and then make the turn.

 

I doubt he heard the horn. With the engine Rev up and turbo going off, it's nearly impossible to hear a toot from behind unless he was right by the driver door.

 

That was a pretty awful turn all the way around. He swung way wider than he even needed to. Had he been going a little slower making the turn, and watching his mirrors, probably would have seen her, and, or not swung so wide. I mean his tandems finish in the outside lane, and the tractor goes all the way into median. Just a bad turn. The schmo in the four wheeler didn't help, but they never do.

 

I think it's the fault of that guy standing on the side with a sign.

 

I'm with most the others. I wonder who voted for the 4 wheeler? When making a right turn, there were 2 ways to do that ( well, 3, including the wrong way the trucker did that) 1st, and probably the most legal and best way, is to stay in the left lane, and when traffic is clear, on your right ( hopefully a 4 wheeler will see what you're doing and wait) and make the turn, or like Pack Rat sez, hog both lanes so no one can get by you. I do think the 4 wheeler was an idiot for trying to sneak by the truck though. Beeping the horn, come on. I guarantee you, with a "large car", you'd never make a right turn from the inside lane.

 

Oops I voted 4 wheeler, but then I saw that arrow sign. Truckers fault by far, but that car should of known and yield. Typical tunnel vision 4 wheelers

 

The semi should've hogged both Lane, so the person in the 4 wheeler would get the message...
... And then it looked like the person in the 4 wheeler acted as if they wanted to make a big deal out of this
My vote goes to the dummy in the 4 wheeler being at fault , how much more seen and obvious can the semi be about this ?

Maybe the truck missed the arrows sign and only saw the arrow in the lane and went with it, thinking the left lane went straight/left. Perhaps the truck had a left turn coming up a block away and in his thinking the left lane before the turn was not turning right so he figured he would go ahead and enter the far lane. As for the car looked like he wanted to hit the truck to me, he scored a mad flap at least, but how do you not see that happening? My verdict is all three in the wrong, sign guy included. The law would say the truck though.
