Looked very intentional. Not just the brake check but looks like he scraped along on the side too. The sad part is he'll probably get a preventable thanks to another reckless #######.

 

I don't care much for CR England myself, mostly because of their shoddy business practices, but I don't go out of my way to do that kind of crap. I've run into some of their drivers that still show some courtesy now and then, and I also run into training teams that do some of the dumbest stuff imaginable.
