Honestly I think something went wrong with their system Friday/Sat as I'm in a similar situation, not paperwork, but a preload not ready...first time this has happened, no big deal as I know I will be moving soon...I was about to say start rolling with it, however u do need paperwork if stopped by DOT, yup the waiting can suck...but u can always, eat and eat and eat and eat and eat until u can't get out of the truck, good times....

Just curious as to where you picked up polymer (elephant snot) I used to pick that stuff at polychem in Dolton il. And deliver to water treatment plants.
-
I've picked up from two different locations PA/AL and before some other state and yup unloaded at water treatment facilities and another type of business...such a nice product, once it starts to cling to you it just won't let go, I actually think it is a sentient being something I saw on Star Trek....slim shady Thanks this.

I was a dedicated driver to the account
So we never cleaned hoses or the tank
Which was a problem in the winter months that stuff froze easily -
Thursday I waited at a qualawash to clean my trailer...got there at 9:15, went into the bay at 10:00 didnt come out until 4:30. The next day, same qualawash was supposed to have a trailer cleaned and prepped for my 8:30am live load...didnt get into the bay until 10am (again) and didnt come out until 9pm...so ya things can turn into a waiting game real fast with tankers.
