Anyone watch Judge Judy the other day? A driver's truck breaks down, down for 3 days. The driver quits, leaves the truck at the repair shop.
Truck owner sues the driver, for recovery fees, etc. Owner loses, Judge Judy sides with the driver, saying he can quit whenever, wherever.

No, the driver got maybe $200.00, compensated for the time he babysat the truck.

 

All the money swift pays for accidents, body work, scrap trlrs from low bridges...this should be a drop in the bucket lol
