I'll take the Northeast over LA any day. At least I can do 65 in New Jersey instead of being castrated to 55 for over 200 miles through the desert.
What is worse in your opinion?

Lol, I don't get it..
To add to actual topic...
I dislike the NE the most.
Or Chicago.
At least in LA if you mess up you don't have to worry about low bridges (as much -
Yeah at night maybe in the northeast you will be able to do 65 without traffic, construction or accidents. I live in the northeast philly suburbs and you aren't driving those speeds consistently over here during the day.

My average speed when in the NE is around 52 mph

Another reason not to drive in the northeast...NJ is trying to ban drinking coffee or any drink while you are driving same with eating food. $200-$400 ticket for the first offense.

LA sucks for traffic, but their streets are big; and their docks are usually big too. Lots of places to park, and for the most part the people are friendly.
My least favorite major city is Boston; if you don't know the city, you shouldn't be there imo. And I don't know it. It's like some dude went around putting low bridges and firehydrants/lightpoles everywhere.
Traffic wise it's sort of hard to beat the NE for traffic man, you get Major Metropolitan areas 50-60 miles apart which means the traffic never relents. And they drive so slow up there for no reason. I'll take Dallas, or Houston. I prefer 60 mph bumper to bumper traffic, vs 1.15mph bumper to bumper.texasbbqbest Thanks this. -
There are several that are equal. I've been stuck in an la traffic jam at 2 am while I hate NYC in the morning or when I have to leave which is always at 5 pm. Dc is bad all the time, and I agree Boston is just plain bad if you don't know anything about the city. Detroit can be confusing, our signs suck here, Chicago just has too many people trying to get to the same place at the same time, and Denver where they stop on the freeway to let people in.

The City with the absolute worst traffic, and the State with the absolute worst drivers, are the ones I am in on any given day.
