Don't apply or go to Road Runner LTL Trucking because they will send you to their sister company M.bruenger which is a joke and drivers are quiting every week because of not getting miles.

    Mecic68w, f150trucker and scottied67 Thank this.

So....is Road Runner LTL basically one of those "Recruitment Companies"? As in 'fill out one application for several companies'?

Never let someone else decide who you should drive for.

I somehow got on an email spam list for roadrunner. One thing they promise is that you can negotiate and find loads outside of the company by using their authority. I'm not considering bringing my truck there, but i am curious.

Yes please more information. They were a great company when I worked there years ago..

Roadrunner is an LTL company that bought out 6-8 companies awhile back. They pretty much run said companies into the ground IMHO.

Well, MB offers a LEASE (not to be confused w/lease purch.) They send you to Volvo in Milwaukee, you'll sign a LEASE on a brand new Volvo (junk automatic transmission). You'll end up paying like 140,000 for the LEASE on the truck, then when the lease is over they offer to sell it to you at market value. So, say it's 50 grand or so... You could have bought the freaking thing for 130s. It's a scam.

Took online pre-employment classes from my home in California. Took a pre-employment drug screen in California. Passed all of those. Drove my car to Witchita, KS and paid for gas. Never was reimbursed. Sat through orientation 3 times in Witchita, KS because four other people arrived one and two days late. Was given an old white Kenworth T700 that had been "borrowed" by Sandra Bullock. She wouldn't get out of it so they pryed the passenger's door open to get her out. They never even fixed that. Went back home. A & A Express is just as bad.
