We got a $18,000 repair bill from international service department on a 2013 Maxxforce. International is the worst truck IMO.

I guess somethings never change, we called them Trashnationals when I was in the military, and they earned every letter of that name.

I got a 2016 peterbilt through quality. You can change trucks after 6 months. We got ours in Indianapolis not Waxahachie. I thought Texas had more to choose from.

I am not inexperienced I have 2 yrs of driving which isn't that much but I do know how the industry works. When someone tells you something and does another that is a lie , not me expecting them to make me rich or anything like that. When they tell you your on a maintenance program and read the contract which if you are on it or not does not say otherwise then sign it you go by what they said. Anyways I got a different truck cause the one I had didn't have a/c and thought they would fix it like they said but didn't and had to sleep in 98 degree weather if you call it sleep inside the truck. I'm gonna run this truck for a couple weeks save up a couple grand and take it back to quality, quit celadon and go back to company work and save up more to by a truck from a dealer.

What year was the truck that they wouldn't fix? I thought the full maintenance plan would be great for the older trucks. I believe the maintenance plan was like $900 a week. There is no way anyone can pay $795 for a new truck and the plan. You could only afford the $300 or $450 a week trucks. They said they would fix all repairs and give you a loaner truck. A little pricey but you wouldn't get an outrageous shop bill and wouldn't have to wait on your truck.Paul Bunyan Thanks this.

If it's not a 12-13 they don't give you any kind of maintenance, everything is out of pocket. I was getting a 2010 prostate with a Cummings. The newest trucks of course have warranty. So I had to get a 2013 prostar with a maxforce engine but from what I've heard there terrible so I'm gonna run this truck for a couple weeks then turn it in and go to a different place

We got a brand new peterbilt from quality, it has about 32k miles on it. It takes 2 people to get a good truck because you have to get the number as soon as they drive it in the gate. Then someone else at the line where you grab the paperwork to do a test drive. We were there all day and saw that was how they were getting the good trucks as soon as they brought them on the lot.
Highway_Executive and Roknric Thank this. -
Did you choose the pay per mile or 70%.

I chose the percentage.
