It would take 20 different adverbs and adjectives to describe what takes place in that span of about 5 seconds. Would not have believed it if there was no video documentation.

How does that level of stupid survive into adulthood? Let alone be issued a CDL.

Not defending the CRE driver's incompetence here - but had the vehicle that was struck operated defensively, there wouldn't have been a collision.

How much more defensive could he have driven? Is soon as the CRE starts to get on the road, he moves over a lane to let the truck in. As soon as CRE keeps moving left he obviously hits his breaks, but just not enough room at that point. Or are you saying every vehicle should slam on their brakes no matter the lane they are in, as soon as another vehicle comes in sight?

And we all wonder why the dot gives this bottom feeding mega a CDL train exemption. That just goes to prove how corrupt and impotent the dot has become.

Oh well! CR England, like other big companys, is 'self-insured' and this kind of 'behavior' doesn't affect their 'premiums' because they are 'exempt', don't pay anything in the first place like you and I do.

I'm sure their 'cost of doing business', despite this, is much LOWER on average.

Think it's time to redo your med card. This is 100% c.r england fault and there's nothing the 4 wheeler could of done to prevent it. Nobody predicts a semi merging on the highway AND jumping into the hammer lane for no reason
