Thats the virginia towing laws.
Paragraph 4. http://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/46.2-1217
They would still need my consent to tow it. Are you also going to explain to me this only applies to non cmv?
Ive been to court plenty of times for the simple reason of not letting anyone bend me over.
You and I can go at it all day with our false impression, arm chair lawyers. In the end, right or wrong is determined at the court by the judge or jury.
This is private property, you can't park there

My eyes are tired to read all that. Can you direct me to where exactly in the law does it say no vehicles shall not be towed if there aren't any signs posted plz.Are you still going to park at that mall while on home time?Isn't there a truckstop or a customer that allows extended parking? My hometime I either parked at trkhaven bekins or transcont. Those two was my companies customers.Upright Thanks this.

This is not signed into law yet, this is proposed law and in committee. https://lis.virginia.gov/cgi-bin/legp604.exe?161+ful+HB37
This is my 2 cents, my dad does own property in the central valley here in California. We had to post No Truck Parking signs, and the tow companies number to call, the lack of consideration caused him to. He has a company that comes by and tows at least 1 rig a month.
What will happen is the Security Company will go to the property owner, tell them they tried to enforce the no parking. The Owner will call the City, raise hell, get an ordinance passed, and will post signs. Instead of moving out of one parking lot when asked, the entire city will become off limits to it. The property owners tax revenue will end up trumping the few that park where they want. A shame it has to come to posting and towing instead of folks just moving to a different lot. While you may have won the battle, you have not won the war. -
Yeah but none of that matters. The important thing is that the Billy BigRiggers of the world have to prove their little point. The probable consequences are irrelevant to them.UsualSuspect Thanks this.

Where I work at is in a shopping center. We run trucks our every morning. There is a QT truck stop down the road right beside a wilco Hess truck stop and 4 others within 10 miles. None are totally filled every night.
