Just out of curiosity, where do you park your truck during hometime?
-at home, your driveway or own property
-truck stop
-paid/free parking space(ma and pa shop, mechanic lot, storage facility, places you actually got permission and or receipt of paid spot)
-company lot
-strip mall, normal gas station basically if it fits, I park it and go home
As for me, I parked it in a construction company lot. It's paid, and less than a minute away from my parents house. I have 3 truck stops that is about 5-10 minutes near the paid spot, but I like to give those spaces for other trucker who are still on the road and need it. Plus I don't trust parking my truck there for 3-10 days at a time...

My driveway, but I used to park my trailer at a mom/pop trailer repair shop. Now I take it home with me too

My mechanics place which doubles as an independent truck stop. I get my work done there so I pay indirectly for parking. 3 miles from house.

I try to find strip malls where security asks me to leave. Then I show my ###, cause a scene and bully them until I get my way and get to stay there.

I rent space at a concrete plant. I have room at home for both my truck and trailer. It stays there until I set up an area either paved, or lime rock ( I live in Fla. ) on my own property. I have 5.8 acre,.. so plenty of room here.
My wife would divorce me if I rutted up our property turning a truck around. She is already upset I cracked our driveway when I parked my tractor in it. Backing in off the road would create more problems than its worth. Easier to just park it where I have been.

My company leases through Penske. I have an assigned spot on their yard.

Park my tractor in the front yard, pay $100 a month to park trailer in a cow pasture 5 miles away. I have 10+ acres but I would have to take out 50-75 trees to get the trailer in my yard and put down shell. I like my house not being very visible from the road so i will just pay.
