He sure did; suit & tie job in management. He's a crazy dare devil guy, former 101st Airborne. Was court martialed for banging an officers wife, but didn't get kicked out. I met her, she's a hot red head.

Oh WOW! in your own opinion do you think I should just stick it out a year with Schneider & learn the Tanker field more then move on to somewhere else or if it were you would you apply to another company such as Trimac & if they were to call you would leave ASAP?
-
Apply where ever you want and if they offer you a job, take it. It's not out of the ordinary to have 2 or 3 different jobs the first year or two. If Schneider asks why you're leaving, just say found better pay and benefits somewhere else. That was always my reason for leaving a company.

Ok cool thanks for the advice!

About the fake diploma; a friend of mine was a Navy recruiter and while waiting to talk to a high school counseler, he snooped around in a supply storage closet. Found a stack of blank high school diplomas so he helped himself to a stack and put them in his briefcase. Eventually used them all to help guys & gals become sailors.slow.rider, Lepton1 and RedRover Thank this.

street beater Thanks this. -
Goggle will take care of that problem!Thull Thanks this.

Thull, did you ask if Schneider would pay your school tuition? If you do move on, might be worth asking the next company. I see reimbursement offered in some ads.
The fake diplomas just show how screwed the system is, funny how people can still do a good job with a fake one. :^)Thull Thanks this. -
That depends on the employer. I had to terminate a few over the years as my old employer did check their credentials, and the internet diploma factory was hard at work. One guy said he didn't think anyone checked, we did. I am not sure if any trucking companies do, all the ones I am looking at have said they want to see the 160 hour diploma from the school I attend to get my CDL. I think they only care it is 160 hours, they all said if the hours were not on there they would call and get a copy of the curriculum.
