Nothing is missing. Sorry you don't believe that. Continue doing the split though perhaps you won't get caught. But if you do...can't say you weren't warned.

By the way if you want to call my old ICA and ask him about it I'm gladly give you his name out of Charlotte.
-
I worked for Southeast carriers when the Qualcomm changes came into effect and they only have 140 trucks and their Qualcomm units changed as welljakecat22 Thanks this.
-
If the company says I cannot do a split break that is a deal breaker.
25(2)+2 Thanks this. -
So you are saying the fmcsa forced Qualcomm and others such as people net to change the parameters as a matter of law?
-
Yes they did because the FMCSA stated that the parameters had to be set just like the rules are set log in as you do it in other words as soon as the wheels turn it would start counting the time and back log itjakecat22 and scottied67 Thank this.
-
Everything was fine before but what happened some stupid facebook users who had also 'liked' FMCSA's facebook page were posting up short pics and videos of themselves Off Duty 30 minute breaks on the Elog in stop and go traffic. What they didn't know was when you like a page, that liked page members can see your stupid posts.

Quote the rule change I can't find it.
On paper you don't log it as you do it it's in 15 minute blocks or 7 minutes or less is logged as previous duty line and 8 is considered current duty status.
When did SNI logs change I don't even remember now.sealevel Thanks this. -
it's not Schneider that did it it's the FMCSA because of my previous company everything changed over there too and they're a small outfit under 150 trucks...
-
That's the thing. Can someone quote a rule change or even a lousy news report to back this up. If so I will be looking for a new log book with one min. Increments. Lol.
