I hear ya... that's never been my favorite broker...

Just delivered out in Quincy WA, then my next p/u is for late tomorrow morning in Richland, though I was told it was best to get in there sometime tonite so I can get loaded a bit early seems they're critical on this one....seemed to go well until I had to get the trailer washed out here in pascoand waiting in line used up the rest of my 14, so getting a few hours sleep then heading in...I'll still get there by local midnite which is super early.

Definitely loving this truck so far...,the ishift made going through the mountain passes a breeze, I kind of wish the performance mode wasn't locked out, but it's their truck and therefore their decision,, and the fuel mileage on this this is better than on the old freight-shaker. While I was at the yard I grabbed the company car and got me a small 700 water microwave and some groceries.
Another thing that's impressing me is these LED headlights.

 

My apu ac and heat button dont work im going to pick up and stop at a carrier in reno and i hate prefferd freezer services there a pain sometimes wjere are you headed to @Anonymousproxy

 

Headed to Wisconsin..., looks like the forecast is listing a winter storm warning for along I/90 in Montana though..,,i guess I'll be finding out how the auto will handle those conditions.

 

Took my chains out to inspect them today they were all tangled up

Detour east bound is 15 north to 69 South in boulder. 60 mile detour

 

Another way to go is I-90, exit US12 to Helena, stay on us 12 thru Helena and go straight to US 287. I took that way and it only added 10 miles. The bad part is it goes over mcdonald pass, which going east has an 8% grade for about 6 miles. Which I imagine can be a real bear when the snow hits. Fortunately it was still above freezing when I when through, and the Volvo's engine brake really shone through there. I was grossing 79 and change and it had so much holding power I actually had to back it off some to get back up to the 25 mph advisory speed. This thing is impressing the #### out of me lol.

 

Went across us 30_287 exit 235 i 80 wyoming went around elk mountain not a bad road i chose to detour because i only have 11 grand in the trailer not a bad road therea doesnt matter if you go east or west on that roadthe second town medcine bow has a hotel with a resturant only thing is the hills there not windy but ling goid detour around elk mountain
