If your in Arkansas, just go JBHunt.
They have program, can get % or do mileage. Its all Midwest too.
Think they have a big list though, all you can do is get on the list and wait until you can get in if that's the case.

The better question is how you got 3 years experience when you're only 22.

Just go to a dealership and pick what color you like. They require 10% down payment so for a $150,000 truck thats $15,000 upfront. Also with your age insurance is going to be high. Maybe 20-30k? Fuel is 3k a month, I usually hit 2500 a month with fuel but maybe you like to go fast and do 80 mph. Tires.... maintenance...permit...man I'm already getting a headache

Then why not buy your own truck from the dealer? Renting a job is always a dumb idea.

First thing credit scores mean nothing

Second thing is if you have rent houses, then you know what it will take to purchase a truck.

Third is don't lock yourself into a lease/purchase unless you know what you are doing, and if you are asking what company to go to, then you don't know what your doing.

What I would do is this.

If you have equity in those houses, take it out for a down payment, then find a good used truck, do your due diligence with the truck and then apply to places that allow an owner operator to pick their own loads, there are a bunch. Learn their system and how to handle being an owner operator.

You will be better off and ahead of the game then if you did a lease purchase.
