I've taken that one a few time but it has been a while since I have driven on it. I don't remember anything unusual/difficult about it. I've hit quite a few of those small Wyoming roads and usually pretty nice, no traffic and good views.

I've done that load once, but it was snowing and I was playing chase the road closure with an empty trailer in WY (with our tail cones stowed). Since so many roads were closed, I ended up going out and around to Casper on the interstates, then thru the woods to Gilette. Then the state routes up to Miles City was closed, so I ended up taking the interstate to SD, then straight up from there. If it's the same customers, the WY shipper is an address and a building number if I remember right. You have to enter their lot from the northern side of the building. The ND delivery is on the SW side of town west of the US 2/truck bypass jct. Google Maps shows it as a different business name... it also showed me a location with the same address waaaaay north west of town in an open field off a dirt road which was wrong.

So here's my day:

Truck is going to be done late in the Eve. Thursday at the Yakima Pete.

Go to sleep early Thurs Eve at the hotel for a super early pickup in Pendleton, OR. Can't sleep, then finally DO, but I can't wake up. I'm talking after 10 hours sleep, I CANNOT wake up. Finally go out to have a smoke and some coffee and force myself awake. Sitting out on the stoop drinking my coffee and having my smoke and start having massive chest pains, about ready to pass out, cold sweats, stagger into the lobby and call for an ambulance.

Long story short, I apparantly had a minor heart attack on the road and just soldiered thru the pain. A nasty chest cold probably produced the symptoms that had me freaked out.

Sitting home, going to the cardiologist Monday because the EKG is "wierd." Pee-weak, I've been sleeping basically since Friday morning. Feeling rotten, but good news is no one is talking about ripping me open, so I guess it's good.

I'm blaming @Winnyf1 . Just because.

 

Oh man, take it slow and easy. Praying for the best outcome from the tests!!
