Help translate English to Spanish

Well, there is the second one I know that looks a little like a baseball player cleaning his bat....like this

 

Why is it that all over the world people grow up speaking 2,3,4 or more languages but Americans can't seem to master even one and feel offended by those who don't speak their version of English. The real answer to the op's question would have to be a question. What nationality are you wanting to communicate with? Spanish differs widely depending on whom you are speaking to.

Because we're in America, if I go to work in Mexico I'll learn Spanish.

BS!!! We do not have a national language! Open your mind. Why not speak several languages? The more bilingual Americans there are the more imigrants will be moved to do the same. And actually most imigrants speak several languages long before they arrive.

 

I never said it was "official" just that we've spoke predominantly English in this country for well over 300 years. You want to be here learn the language. I have no interest in learning another language when I don't plan on leaving the country. It has nothing to do with an open mind.
