I've had to pull loads out of that godforsaken Liberal KS plant a couple of times in the past.... no skin off my back if I never see that place again.

Not to say you are wrong or anything, but... Is 91% something to really brag about? I's be pissed if my on-time was that low. Of course you could be counting dispatch unreasonable times, or a lot of places you go takes forever to load I guess. I would never count them myself, even if the company does...

First off, 91% on time rate SUCKS....National Carriers has never had a "Class of 50" for Orientation....pretty much EVERY trucking company in this country has an Orientation every week, some have two.

... They fired you for not wanting to drive a semi into a hurricane ?
.... They kept you in the truck for three months?
.... They call you asking questions if you stop the truck to eat and take a poop?
.... Why would you allow yourself be treated like an animal? Sometimes we have to stand up for ourselves on stuff like this or the problem will only continue, instead of acting like a good slave boy, you should've confronted your dispatcher in a positive way on heading into a hurricane, you could've just acted as tho he was joking with you

When you stopped the truck to get something to eat or shower or whatever , you should've just plainly told him exactly what you were doing and reassured him not to worry about the load getting there on time, instead of acting guilty for being a human being

If you needed to take care of responsibilities at home you should've just told them they needed to start heading you to the house three months living in a truck was your own fault because you need to learn how to stick up for yourself,
Remember this can be done in a positive way if you are willing to learn how to do it , but if being reasonable and positive doesn't workout it's a sure sign that you need to start looking for another job while you are working with them because the situation will only get worse
Being positive will always work in your favor even tho it doesn't seem to be at times
.... I think you need to be encouraged about having more confidence in yourself , remember that it's guys like you and me that keep America alive & doing well and we should all be proud of this
