Out of all the comments the other poster just chose mine to jump on. It's not a Swift thing it's a hate police thing. If not man he would have posted a ton on this thread.

Tandems were too far back, I used to put my mine as close to the truck as possible once i got near my destination. Makes taking tight turns much easier. The folks at the docks don't like it though, They always tell you to slide it back.

 

That's gotta be one of them practicle joke shows, the camara zoomed in on em too .. no canned laughter mixed in the vid yet ..

How come The folks at the docks don't like it ?

 

Certain trailers have the ability to dump the forklift motor clean down off the dock when they bounce onto the trailer. Or worse. Moving tandems back to the far end gives the motormen a chance to work without getting killed. It's even better to stay hooked up and latched to building so you can feed the airride to keep everything stable.
