Aside from dot foods & sherwin williams do y'all know of any companies that pay drivers to load & unload? I mean pay em like lumpers not just 25 or 50$

Be a lumper. Get your share of the 300.
There may be still warehouses in which you can just show up and throw boxes and pallets to cash whatever you qoute the driver.
Or you can be a pretty driver, sit on a stack of pallets entertaining suitors while youre unloaded promptly. I don't know.
Anyhow.
If I were you I resign yourself to 50 dollar lumps while THEY get the 300 or more dollars to clean you out. In my time 60 was all they paid and I would get it all myself. To understand that the dispatch rolled over like a whipped beta male to pay 300 dollars a lumped load, who does that? Seriously. No wonder those #### apples cost so much.free spirited1 Thanks this. -
Dutch maid drivers are paid a set amount for each case they touch. Had a buddy from driving school who was with them and loved it. Was clearing about 1300 a week
