can cr england revoke a cdl they issued??

dude they called me today I told them to shove it up there *** it's state issued they can't revoke it it's a hallow threat.

 

I've never driven for England and they threatened to revoke my CDL if I didn't sign up.

They can't revoke your CDL, but read the contract you signed, what does it say about your obligations, and is it a federally backed student loan? They can file a small claims case in the state CRE is HQ'ed in (See you contract for where they can file), you don't show up, they will get an automatic judgement against you. From there they can ask the Court to garnish your wages, the court can order the IRS and/or your state and have them send any refunds to them instead of you. I am not sure why folks don't read before they sign.

By place a hold on your CDL, she means that CRE will refuse to verify your employment to future employers and will assert the non-compete clause you signed when other employers contact CRE as required by law. That won't make it impossible to get another job--just cause you some headaches.

No, CR England dors not give the loan they it's a 3rd part called eagle something they give the loan otger then that there is not attachment to cr England
