    Truth be told, I don't believe that hogwash either frankly.

    I think it smells of someone trying to rile up watchdog groups such as Public Citizen to call for the imposition of yet more limits on drivers, as if we don't have enough now.

    It's just that older driver, and they aren't talking, 50-60s they were talking, very old. Those drivers have medical issues and just age takes its toll. No more than morbidly obese drivers be behind the wheel. There should maybe be IQ test for the clowns coming into the truck stop at 50mph on the jakes. A lot of these cdl holders are ready to kill someone everyday. You don't want your job to be harder or more costly to run. But until it's your daughter or grandkids crushed to death you'll turn a blind eye.

    My Mother knows a truck driver in his 90's. Active driver, and a flatbedder to boot! Old coot out works me on a regular basis, and I'm less than half his age.....man I'm lazy!
