I wouldn't think twice about it. Just a douche company. If you weren't found at fault, you weren't found at fault.

I am wondering why the driver was so close as to not have any safety triangle. Too fast to stop in a cautious area? Emergency vehicles present and in oncoming lane? Should have only been in first gear and dead slow if there was that much congestion. Then even if 4 wheeler came to a stop they would have been standing alone with you no where near.

If the deer is standing still in the road and you collide with it, that is driver error for hitting a fixed object. However if you veer off the road and crash out to miss the fixed object, even if the fixed object is clear on the video cam, that is driver error for leaving the designated lane.
