Sounds fair to me although I'd never work for a crap company like that. Soon as we rid the industry of hard up drivers that accept these working conditions these types of companies will either change their tune or go belly up. Problem is there is a long line of idiots waiting to work for crap companies.

Idiots Are Not allowed to start trucking companies, Yet it happens everyday

 

They are actually pretty smart if they get drivers to pay these fees. The idiots are the drivers that agree to pay them.

 

If it is not illegal then it is definitely immoral to charge for not giving a two week notice. If this is an employment at will state then I'd be inclined to look into that matter farther if I'm an employee.

 

I would've told them to ship me back on the first plane smokin back to Boston!!!lol
