We do full legal gross deliveries with in 200 miles and mostly 100 mile radius. Always wanted to try a pair of Michelin X Multi Energy D tires. I can see how they get good mileage as basically lug free. I had Continental HDL eco plus and got 220,000 miles and then now Bridgestone M710 with 175,000 miles. I think that's terrible - oh well. Friends say get Hankooks they last just as long and for short haul expensive tires will never pay. Are Hankook any good ? I see Ford puts them on some of their new vehicles at the factory. Hankook DL 12 does kind of look like the Michelin. $350 vs. $550 approx. You get what you pay for don't you but also you pay big time for name too. I hate the .5 mpg kick in the pants from new tires. Just was looking for others thoughts.
Michelin worth it if only 200 mile radius; Hankook DL 12 instead ?

I've got the Bridgestone 710's on my drives with 145,000 miles right now - with 18/32nds remaining - did I read you right, did you say you burned through them in 175,000 miles?

I balanced all my drives then installed Centramatics - and rotate regularly. Run em at 110 PSI, checked often. Wonder if this makes a difference.Road Killer Thanks this.
