Watkins Shepard or Cargo ?

Walking is a company to start off with if you don't need a lot of hand-holding. Orientation is 2 weeks in Missoula Montana and then they give you your own truck and send you on your way. Most anywhere else is going to make you go out with a trainer for 8 weeks.

Danny Herman Trucking in Mountain City,TN sometimes hires new cdl grads fresh out of school. They don't run northeast or New York City.

 

I moved to Las Vegas. NC is a good state though. Lots of trucking companies to choose from there.

 

Come on out to Vegas. No personal income taxes in Nevada and mostly summer weather year round in Las Vegas.
