Just found an article in the Fargo paper that said this idiot is a crete driver and it happened on us 10 at little falls MN .... Minnesota does have nice jails lol

Threw me off too because the news broadcast said "around 6pm a state trooper noticed...."

I was thinking "it's pitch black at 6pm" lol
