Not all states allow a dismissal or plea bargain.
Wyoming and new Mexico are sticklers. You can't even hire a Wyoming lawyer. They'll all tell you it's a lost cause. -
A certain big name trucking insurance company seemed to have information on warnings years ago, a couple drivers I knew got fired for warnings on insurance company say so, the funny thing is, one of them went back to his former company (mistake?) who were insured by the same company.NavigatorWife and Big Don Thank this.

You might find that tractor neutered from 69 down to 58 forcing you to rock the top two gears all day in your cab....
NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
In Massachusetts so many warnings equals a ticket. My father was a PO and when my wife changed jobs years ago she kept getting speeding tickets, 3 or 4 I believe, and to get them fixed the writing PO would change them to a warning.
A very long time ago they would just rip them up but now they need to account for every ticket in their book so they must change them to warnings.
I remember my father yelling at my wife to slow down and that so many warnings equals a ticket which means more insurance for 6 years but no fines.NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
If the warning is put on the inspection form, then it will go on your PSP and your companies CSA. there is no way to fight it.
NavigatorWife and scottied67 Thank this. -
It was my understanding that a warning was a paid fine with no points attached to it.

No. A warning in a written " you been a bad boy" with no fine, but if its on your DOT inspection then it will go on your PSP and companies CSA. There is no way to fight it.Wicked Wizard Thanks this.
