whats the longest you have drove without stopping?

Little American WY to Omaha NE, did it legal on paper.....

 

In a personal vehicle. Camp Pendleton Ca to Alexandria, AL 2032 miles in 29 hrs. In a big truck, St Roberts, MO to Albuquerque NM in 16 hrs.

 

That's one hell of a gas tank

My log book says 400 and some change. That's my story and I am sticking to it.

 

Don't remember the details but left Ripley ny early one morning and was in Omaha by 10 that nite .
Was in my mainliner days and much younger.

 

From about late 89 to 96 I swore I was done after that. Wound up back in the truck late 96 been driving since without stopping, I'm tired.

 

I once hauled a load of Coors beer from Texarkana to Atlanta. There and back in 28 hrs. Non stop other than loading and some trouble I had with some bikers at a TS.

 

Just me or those times I let Jesus take the wheel?

 

Reno nv to Turlock ca, to Sacramento to la pine Oregon. Took 24 hours to ride unload, ride, reload, ride some more. Then took a 3 hour nap and went another 14

 

Left buffalo N.Y.at 10am
Was eating breakfast the next morning in New Orleans.
1250 miles.
The good old days,that's when this job was fun.
Now it's just a job.
