Does anyone who lives outside ND file state taxes there? Living in Texas, we don't have state taxes, so I was wondering if I have to pay ND state taxes since I'm technically employed in that state.

Like @radioshark said, as OTR drivers, you file with your state of residence, or if you don't have an official address, you file with the state your drivers license is registered thru. I am like you, my state doesn't have state taxes so it's just federal.

Just got into Fargo this afternoon and now relaxing and waiting for orientation in the am.

 

You don't have State income tax.... still have plenty of other state taxes.... they get you one way or another
