Magnum ltd - fargo, nd

Anyone have parking ideas in the Troutdale, OR area? There is a TA and loves. I stayed at TA last night in paid parking. Only paid for 1 night figuring the next day I'll just get in a free spot. I never saw an opportunity to get a free spot. Now I got kicked out of my paid spot and no more are available. TA is full, Loves is full. Closest rest area on GPS is 21 miles away. Jubitz travel center is 21 miles away. Any known special, hidden parking spots? My appt is at 0400 and they wont take me early... so I need a spot for 12 hours lol

 

That's the problem she needs to act like a teenager not a adult working on a deadline. She has been working on recording a album with her 2 friends. She finished recording it Tuesday then the migraine started Wednesday morning after the stress had been lifted.

Minus having the migraines, it's nice to hear about a young teenager having that kind of ambition nowadays, that's how a lot of successful people get started. Hope her dreams are realized.

 

So I parked like a douche, blocking a bunch of people in. Either they'll be there all night or someone will come bother me and I'll take their spot. A nice gentleman told me he'd be leaving in 15 minutes and I can take his spot. So I did. crisis averted. Sometimes you just gotta be that guy.

Made it down to Charlotte this afternoon and parked outside of Sygma. I've heard horror stories from other drivers about this place so I was alittle on edge.
Appt. was for Monday 0200
Little white car with the yellow flashy light knocked on the door at 1930
Went in and docked, dropped off paperwork and bob tailed back to street.
Little white car knocked again at 2045
Paid lumper, got paperwork and left the property by 2100.... 5 hrs before my appt...
WTF!
Easy peasy....

 

I talked to an unhappy Magnum driver the other day in CR.
He complained about miles.... then told me what a ##### a certain dispatcher was, how he won't go out west in the winter, he won't go to NJ and doesn't like drive at night... bad attitude to top it off... oh... he hates multi stop loads too... lol
Wonder why he ain't getting the miles???

 

There is a spot on the roadside along Marine drive that a few trucks can park at. Reached by heading toward Portland on ramp but taking a right at light before ramp, just a ways down after that on lhs of road.
