Does Dollar General have there own fleet now?

    Well it's because everyone gets a discount. It's a dollar store!!! Now excuse me while I purchase my items driver.

    Schneider delivers for Dollar General and the driver has to unload that crap. 2,500 pieces that they want unloaded in less than 2 hours by yourself. The incentive from DG, $10 for the entire load. They wonder why people will not stay doing slave work.

    I remember those ugly yellow single bunk freightliner cabovers dg had before they got rid of they're private fleet... ugly ugly !

    I would honestly get a job at a Wal-Mart store or McDonald's before I had to do that job for that amount of money.

    There's a reason schneider hires newer drivers for that account, they don't know any better and wasn't the experience to move on.

    Wow 10 whole bucks, that's just wrong. Maybe that's why that swift driver sued after he was unloading and either fell down. Or the freight fell on top of him a knocked him unconscious. Because that was the only way he would see some pay.

    I completely missed the $10 to unload part. Oh hell no. At least food service pays by the # our hourly to unload.

    The way that DG loads those trailers, yes, I can see how the guy was knocked out. They just throw it in and pile it up, no particular order.
