Schneider delivers for Dollar General and the driver has to unload that crap. 2,500 pieces that they want unloaded in less than 2 hours by yourself. The incentive from DG, $10 for the entire load. They wonder why people will not stay doing slave work.

I remember those ugly yellow single bunk freightliner cabovers dg had before they got rid of they're private fleet... ugly ugly !
#1don and skinnytrucker Thank this. -
Yeah I seen that. Seems like there trying to under cut swift.
-
I would honestly get a job at a Wal-Mart store or McDonald's before I had to do that job for that amount of money.
There's a reason schneider hires newer drivers for that account, they don't know any better and wasn't the experience to move on. -
Wow 10 whole bucks, that's just wrong. Maybe that's why that swift driver sued after he was unloading and either fell down. Or the freight fell on top of him a knocked him unconscious. Because that was the only way he would see some pay.MiRig2017 Thanks this.
-
I completely missed the $10 to unload part. Oh hell no. At least food service pays by the # our hourly to unload.
MiRig2017 Thanks this. -
The way that DG loads those trailers, yes, I can see how the guy was knocked out. They just throw it in and pile it up, no particular order.
