Another thing that might work is to run a chain or two down from the equipment to the trailer and ratchet binder the trailer up tight to the equipment to get the trailer off the ground. They do this with forklifts, loaders and manlifts, run a chain over the implement tied to the trailer and lift the implement up to lift the trailer up....
