The only issue I see with insurance is your lack of experience driving from. What I have heard you CAN get insured with less than 2 years but up until then the rates can be rough

I would rather see a 61 year old on the road than a 23 year old. I know that some people will not like that statement, but I remember being 23 years old and have been around 23 year olds, and they just are not many that are responsible or aware at that age. It is a proven fact that the older generation make the best employees due to determination, integrity, work ethics and wanting to do a good job.

If you know how to drive? Just go take the test. Make sure insurance covers you and they will allow trailer size at test site.
