    I have a phone interview on this upcoming Monday. I have chosen OTR position with them depending on the outcome of the interview process. I was just wondering what the interview will be like.

    Its basically verifying everything on your application and a last chance to come clean on any skeletons you may have forgotten. Recruiter may set up a whizquizz appointment and DOT physical at that time along with setting up orientation time and place. Just relax, they're checking off needed boxes to prepare you for the microchips that get installed behind each earlobe.
