Resist the urge to pass every chance you get. When other traffic is slowing down, probably a reason. Turn on the CB and hear what is going on. "Northbound, the bears set up a coop at your next pickle park..."

In the ole days of CB, we'd of known about the bears in the pickle park waaay before we ever got there, but I digress.....I don't know why, but somehow I get the feeling that you never did go back.

The rest areas were redesigned for inspections 2 years ago. And it didn't take long. I didn't visit AZ for awhile. When i made a visit, those inspections were installed. -
Hey @Driverdog, I bet you didn't expect this thread to go full retard on you did you. Just like that rest area inspection you tried to blow by.

Or, just get a gig shagging trailers between the terminal and a dedicated, local customer. I had my own, dumpy scale experience awhile back. And after quitting, letting the contempt for the badge blow over, and recomposing myself, I just decided it was easier to find a gig where I wouldn't be dealing with the situation AS MUCH.
That said, always be mindful of the surroundings. A quiet, unoccupied "check station" the previous day could be lit up and buzzing with activity the next morning!! Especially the ones dotting the various spots in Texas.snowwy Thanks this. -
Did he give up already?
