Dear former driver of trailer 6336, dropped at JBS Cactus...
Thank you for the present of a tire so worn down it had metal showing. I really really appreciate it. Please go fornicate yourself with an iron rod.
Yours in Christ...

Actually not 100% correct. You have the freedom to purchase fuel for your tractor ANYWHERE .
If you have EFS, obviously you can only fuel at EFS stops. But cash is taken EVERYWHERE.
You can also get your own fuel card to use, but that's a bit more complex. -
I couldn't tell you. It was over 3 years ago when I put an app in. Give them a ring on Monday.
-
I was just keeping it simple. Most people aren't going to get their own fuel card or pay cash for fuel.Kamkor and Steel Tiger Thank this.
-
Do JCT drivers get a fuel discount anywhere? I'd want the cheapest fuel available, regardless of how it's paid for, and if the EFS card gets a discount at the end of the day, I'd use that.
-
15 cents returned to your EFS card at Pilot/Flying J plus....3 PFJ Points? (Not sure on that)
Loves you get no "Discount" but Loves gives us 10 bonus points. So you get 11 a gallon on the card at base level up to 14 points a gallon. -
The PFJ is only 1 point/ gallon. Currently we are also getting 200 bonus points with at least 50 gallons. I believe you have to use the app to start the pump tho. Or it could be JCT getting the bonus points.
They change their promotions more times than the average truck driver changes underwear. -
To clarify how the rebate works with the EFS card......it's not just a fuel card. It's a debit card, ATM card. You'll get 15¢ per gallon back into your card for every gallon of truck fuel.
You have several options with the money on that card.
- you can set up a transfer to have those funds put into your bank account.
- you can use the card at an ATM and withdraw.
- you can use it as a debit card to purchase stuff.
The 1st 2 will charge a small fee. Using it as a debit card is free. If you want the money instead, simply brut something really cheap (like $1) and choose the cash back option and get your cash. The max cash back per transaction is $100 (that's what the store limits).
I'll keep my money in there for a month or so, then do several small transactions and $100 back at each transaction.
The card can be used just about anywhere. -
It's 3x the points. I got 300 points for 100 gallons a few days ago. That was with starting the pump at the pump. There is no longer bonus points for pre authorizing a pump in the app. The current promotion is 100 points for using the app the reserve a shower.

May have been individual store thing. Fueled in Tulsa yesterday and got 111 gallons and 311 points.
