Its "Summer" they don't pay us to go out of route around the 70 anymore. I debated using it the other day with my 8000 lb load to North Platte

I took 70 a few weeks back cause that wind on 80 was freaking insane. 80mph busy and I was running 15k in the box lol.

My next load picks up at the WCC at 1300 today. Thinking it was a drop n hook; I showed up about 30min ago. The gaurd says it's a live load and to park and check in. I go check in and the girl says that she will call me when she has a door and that it won't be till after 1300. I ask if I could just drop the trailer where ever they need it and come back later because I'm low on hours. She says that if I do that they won't load it on the same trailer. I say that's fine. So, she changed it from live to drop in the system. I then dropped the trailer and bobtailed out to the truck stop.

Not usually, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

There are few exceptions to that. I got the paid reroute today on it. But Vail will be getting snow tomorrow and Thursday according to my weather app.

No. The 2017 we have is a test truck. Any new 2018s JCT gets won't have the full aero package.

The effectiveness of the Flow Below wasn't evident enough on your '14 for JCT to order on the new trucks? Or maybe don't want to because then their fuel rebate income would go way down.

If for some reason I was talked into upgrading to a new truck; the full aero package would be a requirement for me to do so.
