Well if you are under contract that is the only way that you will be obligated and required to make a payment of some sort and that is pending on the specifics within your contract with your company. The stipulations they're in your contract will specify the terms and the specific amount in which you will be responsible for. Could you take a picture of it and upload it and we can analyze it and let you know.G13Tomcat Thanks this.

I'm pretty sure he's going to stay with Swift, and follow through... hope so, anyway.

You probably won't. But it gets easier. I'm sure most of us remember our first solo run. And our first major jam.
Hang in there, greenhorn.G13Tomcat Thanks this. -
Keep relations with your mentor as positive as possible. If they are one of the decent ones then they will have no problem with you giving them a call when your in a fix and they'll try to help you the best they can. I left in September of last year after my 13 months solo and I still keep in touch with mine. Your not going to be ready to be released to solo, sorry, but nobody heads out on that 1st run alone without the nervous system firing on all cylinders. It gets easier, after the first couple months, you'll begin to wonder why you was so tense to start with. Don't get in a hurry and if your not sure, get out and look at your surroundings. Those two things will keep you out of the majority of the trouble you'll ever get yourself into, yet goes so over looked.
SHOJim, tinytim, UsualSuspect and 1 other person Thank this.
