Looks like Omni specialized is in trouble

the recruiters are like sharks circling, can't wait until they get a bunch of suckers.

I call that the "#### you" funds. Everybody should have one, not just drivers.

 

This is all very sad. I don't have a horse in this race but am very sad for all drivers affected by the dishonesty of a few greedy owners and managers. Here is hoping for a fast recovery job and money wise to all of you Omni drivers.

 

Drivers lost their jobs while on the road. Last thing they need is to be called "suckers". Good to see there are jobs already being offered. There, a little positive attitude won't hurt. I promise.

 

Same here. For you O/Os out there I'd be suing for breach of contract or failure to pay for services rendered,considering the maintenance,fuel and other expenses that are coming out of your pockets because of this cluster****! For company drivers the same plus any expenses incurred trying to get back home.
For everyone I'd go after the managers and owners responsible for this mess and go after their assets to make up for the back wages owed to you guys.
Or,to quote the movie "Goodfellas":

The reality of it is there is no money, what are you going to get? Every piece of equipment that has lien on the title can be repossessed by the lien holder and will not be subject to liquidation , probably the only thing left to liquidate will be office furniture.
