Discrimination?....You've got to be kidding with that, right? Yeah, go get you a lawyer to take this one up! LOL! If you are so sensitive to jump right to this kind of thinking, I can tell you right now this is probably not the profession for you. You'll have much, much worse to deal with than that out here. LOL!
Actually, a suggestion for you that will solve your dilema, if this is your situation & actual plans. Have any relatives or friends located within hiring areas that would let you use their address for mailing address & to establish residency?
Problem solved. Been done many times before.
Good luck on deciding what your going to do.![]()

They've heard it all before, "I don't care about hometime, just hire me and I will drive full time",
then about 4 days later 1500 miles from home, said wannabe no hometime supertrucker goes full sissy homesick and wants to go home to the 'no hire zone' hometime area and costs the company money more than the sissy homesick trucker earned in the first place lolmoose97, nobdysbsness69, HotH2o and 5 others Thank this. -

Answer the mans question.Far as not caring about home time companies don't look at that when hiring. There's many other hoops you have to go thru to get hired. You may not be in there hiring area.U.S. Otriad Thanks this.

Because they've probably heard that line 1,000 times......, And after being hired the whining to go home begins .
P.S. They should update their website... it says you can live anywhere....
Prime Inc. Home Page
"As a Prime driver associate, you can live anywhere in the United States. Spouses or passengers are allowed after your training period is complete."Last edited: Jun 24, 2017

Maybe they were just about to hire you until you said you "didn't care" about home time. Could be a red flag to companies.KillingTime and G13Tomcat Thank this.

Not Prime, they are all about making money.

If a job applicant adds in "BTW I don't need any home time. I never want to go there again." It could frighten HR. Lol
